Investing in massage is an investment in your health. Experts estimate that upwards of ninety percent of disease is stress-related. We offer many types of massage modalities such as Swedish, Deep Muscle, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Prenatal, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone Therapy, Ear Reflexology, and more.
AromaTouch Technique is the application of doTERRA essential oils on the clients back and feet using gentle touch. This therapy focuses on the use of doTERRA essential oils as the clients primary experience and a gentle touch to connect with another person for relaxation. There are a total of eight oils used; 4 blends and 4 single oils that all target specific areas of wellness for the body like the reduction of stress and inflammation while supporting the auto-immune system and providing anti-toxic properties.
Craniosacral Therapy is a non-invasive, hands-on therapy that helps to improve the function of the central nervous system by clearing any blockages or restrictions. Cerebral spinal fluid is produced within the Craniosacral system and maintains the physiological environment in which your brain and nervous system develop, live and function.
Our brain and spinal cord is encased in the Dura Mater, which is the sack or bag, our cerebral spinal fluid is produced in, circulated in and held in. This therapy is deeply relaxing as it releases tensions in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction.
Foot Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet. It is relaxing and may help alleviate stress.
The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body. Pressure applied to the foot is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body. We offer 30-minute Reflexology sessions.
Lymphatic massage is a form of gentle massage for the client that encourages the movement of fluids around the body. It can be used for a variety of reasons, such as after an injury, post surgical, sinus drainage, detoxification to name a few.
Lymphatic massage is used to clear fluid in any area of the body where swelling from fluid build up remains in the body after any trauma from an injury or surgery.
Lymphatic massage can be used to address sinus congestion and clear any blockages or backups in the system around the sinuses. Lymphatic massage to detoxify the body is a way to accelerate moving fluids which helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues.
Essential oils are natural extracts from the seeds, stems, roots, flowers, bark and other parts of plants. Without knowing it, you have experienced the aromatic qualities of essential oils just by smelling a freshly peeled orange. Not only do essential oils give plants their distinctive smells, they protect plants from predators and disease. Essential oils have been used throughout history for their medicinal and therapeutic benefits. Modern scientific studies and trends towards more complimentary and holistic approaches are paving the way for families to make empowered choices when it comes to healthcare.
